HR & Finance Specialist with Romanian and English

We are looking for individuals who will bring their skills and knowledge to full-time work in our company. Our proposed role combines analytical and social competencies that will be of great use in:

  • Managing existing and new personnel
  • Performing all finance-related duties, such as payroll and P&L

We’re looking for dynamic people who feel comfortable communicating with the management team and all other personnel. Ideally, the candidate should be well organized, capable of following and developing procedures, have great attention to detail, and love to learn new concepts.

The position is open only for local hiring, and the candidate should be from Bucharest or Brasov. In-office presence is required in a hybrid system.

Every day will represent a chance for learning, as you’ll be in charge of:


  • Ensure 100% accuracy for client invoicing, accounts payable and support payroll;
  • Updating the status of all invoices in Smartbill System;
  • Send all the invoices and additional documents to our accounting team.
  • Update P&L and account for all revenue

Human Resources:

  • Manage the newcomers contracts process;
  • Manage updates and make edits to the employee contracts, as needed;
  • Maintain the IT inventory list;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to approve the qualification criteria for future people in our company;
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process;
  • Oversee payroll for freelancers, leave of the employees, benefits administration, and employee Pluxee credit cards;
  • Completing the attendance and all necessary documents and sending them to third party payroll company;
  • Sending newsletters internally to announce newcomers or essential events in the company;
  • Collaborating with SSM (Safety and Health at Work) team and updating the folios once in 3 months;
  • Overview the Labor Medicine once every year;
  • Updating the database of all the employee documents;
  • Taking care of people leaving the company;
  • Perform misc tasks sent by the management team.

Skills required for the tasks:

  • Diploma in higher-education on human resources (economics, business is also accepted) is nice to have
  • A joy for following procedures and improving current systems
  • A positive attitude for challenges and joy of learning new things
  • The ability to meet deadlines and organize your daily work
  • Good-level English (written is mostly used, rarely spoken)
  • Strong computer skills: spreadsheets, billing tools, word processing, etc.
  • Reliable and proactive
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Feeling at ease with managing confidential information
  • Knowledge of Romanian labour legislation
